To create a mail account in your Windows Control Panel, use the following steps:
- Log into your control panel url, using your control panel login details.
This would have been provided to you, along with your domain FTP details. Usually the url would be like this: https://www.fuchsiasoft.com:8443/ where instead of fuchsiasoft.com, you have to replace it with your domain name - Inside your control panel, you would see the following page:

- Click on Mail icon
- Then in the Mails Setup Page, click on "Add New Mail Name"
 - In the next page, enter your new email account name and the password.
Do not exceed the limit over 10MB (10000 KB)
 - Your email account would be created.
- To change your password, use steps until you are inside the Mail control panel.
- Then click on the email account, you want to edit
- Then click on "Preferences"
 - You would taken to the account edit page.
Here you could make changes to your password.
